When an emergency call is triggered on the wristband or on the mobile phone itself, an SMS is sent to the first stored number, and in parallel this number is called. If the number is not available, the next number is called, and a text message is sent. This continues until a call is answered, i.e. a quasi infinite emergency call chain. Automatic answering machine recognition by confirming the call with the number key 5, if not pressed, call the next defined number!

Sehr freundlicher Service.Das Notrufhandy bietet meiner Mutter die Sicherheit, dass sie bei einem Sturz nur die Taste auf dem Armband drücken muss, wodurch ich telefonisch verständigt werde. Positiv zu bemerken ist die Garantie und Gewährleistung. Als sich unser Telefon plötzlich nicht mehr richtig starten ließ, kontaktierte ich den Service des Verkäufers G-Telware und erhielt von Herrn Grohmann umgehend eine sehr freundliche Nachricht, dass ich das Gerät zur technischen Überprüfung übermitteln kann. Sehr schnell stellte sich heraus, dass nur ein Software-Update eingespielt werden musste, was innerhalb der 2-Jahresfrist kostenlos durchgeführt, und das Telefon rasch retour gesendet wurde. Alles verlief äußerst serviceorientiert und unkompliziert. Das Handy funktioniert nun wieder einwandfrei.
